Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd in Hong Kong invites applications for the Officer, Clearing & Participant Services, Post Trade Operations (12 months contract). You will join a dynamic team delivering reliable operational support across clearing operations.

The role requires a university degree in finance or related field, 1–2 years' experience, strong English and Chinese communication, and proficiency with MS Office; knowledge of Power Automate is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in financial industry, derivatives or clearing operations would be advantageous.
• Good command of English and Chinese, with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administration support to clearing operations and resolve exceptions and contingencies.
• Carry out efficient operational processes to deliver quality services and support new initiatives.
• Liaise with internal teams, counterparties, market participants on daily operations and new clearing products/services.
• Deliver project tasks including user requirements and user acceptance tests.
• Establish relationships with participants by delivering quality service improvements.
• Work shift duties including evenings and public holidays as needed.
