Job summary

A prominent asset management firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Analyst to support investor interactions and ensure high-quality information delivery. The ideal candidate will have a university degree from a top global university, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both English and Putonghua. Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, investment banking, or investor relations.
• Strong sense of responsibility and a fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and distributing monthly NAV estimates.
• Maintain investor data packs and due diligence materials.
• Coordinate investor onboarding and subscriptions.
• Prepare high-quality presentation decks and newsletters.
• Update fund and firm information on industry databases.
• Maintain professional communication with fund administrators.
• Provide support for international investor meetings.
• Respond to investor inquiries promptly.
• Assist in updating operational due diligence materials.
