A prominent asset management firm in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Investor Relations Analyst to support investor interactions and ensure high-quality information delivery. The ideal candidate will have a university degree from a top global university, at least 3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in both English and Putonghua. Qualifications

Responsibilities
Assist in preparing and distributing monthly NAV estimates.
Maintain investor data packs and due diligence materials.
Coordinate investor onboarding and subscriptions.
Prepare high-quality presentation decks and newsletters.
Update fund and firm information on industry databases.
Maintain professional communication with fund administrators.
Provide support for international investor meetings.
Respond to investor inquiries promptly.
Assist in updating operational due diligence materials.
