Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing audits, quality/compliance, supply chain risk, or IP protection in consumer products or toys.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive compliance across global teams.
• Excellent auditing, analytical, investigation, and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IP-focused QA program across Asia manufacturing operations.
• Protect designs, tooling, packaging, prototypes, trade secrets, and confidential processes from misuse or disclosure.
• Conduct factory audits and risk assessments to identify IP vulnerabilities and strengthen controls.
• Establish and maintain chain-of-custody, asset tracking, and IP governance processes.
• Ensure manufacturing partners comply with confidentiality, licensing, and security requirements.
• Investigate IP breaches and coordinate with security, legal, and operations for corrective actions.
• Develop IP protection policies, audit frameworks, and training for internal teams and suppliers.
• Prepare audit findings and risk reports with actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
• Deliver training, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives to safeguard brands.
