Job summary

Saturn Capital in Hong Kong Island is seeking an Investor Relationship Associate to build and maintain strong ties with investors and stakeholders. You will serve as the main point of contact for inquiries, reporting and fund performance updates.

The role requires a finance background, 3–5 years in investor relations, and excellent communication and organisational skills. Mandarin and CFA/CAIA are advantageous; you will collaborate with compliance, portfolio management and business development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of investor relations or client-facing experience in funds management.
• Solid knowledge of investment products, fund structures and markets.
• Excellent communications, reporting and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin Chinese desirable.
• CFA/CAIA credentials advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing investors as the primary contact.
• Coordinate investor communications, reports and regulatory updates.
• Conduct investor meetings and present fund strategies and performance.
• Address investor inquiries and resolve issues with internal teams.
• Support business development by identifying new opportunities and potential investors.
• Maintain investor records and onboarding documentation.
• Provide regular performance commentary and liaise with compliance and portfolio management teams.
