Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related fields
• Fresh graduates or candidates with <2 years experience after graduation
• GPA 3.5 or above
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with financial products and services
• Agile, creative and proactive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Office; quick to learn new software

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 24-month rotation across key investment functions (ALM, strategy, credit, fixed income, alternatives, finance)
• Gain experience in Asia General Account in Hong Kong with potential overseas assignments
• Receive mentorship from a senior executive and CFA study support
