Job summary

OCBC Bank is seeking an experienced leader to drive investment fund product strategy, selection, governance, and digital transformation across the wealth management platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Distribution, and Compliance to align product propositions with client needs and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in investment funds, strong commercial acumen, and a track record of growing revenue and AUM while navigating HKMA/SFC guidelines.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Finance, Business, Economics or related disciplines; CFA advantageous.
• 8+ years relevant experience in investment funds covering strategy, development, due diligence, governance and distribution.
• Strong fund expertise and market knowledge across major asset classes, fund houses, and investment themes.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of growing revenue, AUM and fund penetration across target client segment.
• Knowledge of HKMA/SFC requirements, governance, suitability and ongoing monitoring.
• Transformation-oriented, able to streamline fund processes and leverage digital platforms.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Bank's investment fund product strategy in line with wealth management objectives.
• Lead end-to-end fund selection, onboarding, and lifecycle monitoring of products.
• Ensure robust product governance from onboarding to ongoing monitoring and changes.
• Drive platform and digital investments to improve client experience and operations.
• Coordinate with fund houses and internal stakeholders on strategy and distribution.
