Job summary

International Petrochemical in Hong Kong is seeking an entrepreneurial investment professional to lead fund setup, fundraising, and operations, with experience in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China's investment markets.

You will lead fund launches, drive fundraising, develop investor relationships, build financial models, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage fund operations—working in person in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Experience leading fund launches and structuring.
• Proven track record in PE/VC/private credit/hedge funds in HK/China.
• Fluent English and Mandarin preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership in a dynamic environment.

• Lead fund launches, including structuring, setup, and coordination with legal advisers and service providers.


• Drive fundraising, develop investor relationships, and prepare investment presentations.


• Build financial models and evaluate investment opportunities.


• Oversee regulatory compliance and coordinate required filings and reporting.


• Manage fund operations and support the execution of investment strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in private equity, venture capital, private credit, or hedge fund management in Hong Kong and/or Mainland China.


• Strong expertise in fund launch management, fundraising, financial modeling, and regulatory compliance.


• Business fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written, is highly preferred.


• An entrepreneurial mindset with strong execution skills and the ability to take full ownership in a dynamic environment.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per month
