Responsibilities

Our client is a well-established investment bank. This role sits within the Client Account Maintenance function and supports the ongoing maintenance of client accounts in line with internal policies, global standards, and local regulatory requirements, working closely with Legal, Compliance, and Financial Crime teams.

工作内容

• Review client suitability for Product Brochures and supporting documents
• Prepare Welcome Packs for newly opened accounts
• Coordinate with the Sales Team to resolve returned mail cases
• Review and process account closure documents
• Review credit file application documents
• Process loan registrations, agreement re‑executions, and account type changes
• Review sub‑account opening requests for Secured Financing Solutions (SFS) and handle HKIRD registration
• Maintain client documentation on the team SharePoint site
• Prepare management information (MI) and reports for internal teams

理想的求职者

• Bachelor degree in Business
• At least 1+ year of experience in Financial Services, preferably in client documentation support
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at different seniority levels
• Able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
