Job summary

NVIDIA invites applications for an Inventory Control / IC support role based in Hong Kong. You will handle inventory transactions, reconciliations, aging stock, and lot splits with subcontractors, while coordinating shipments and UAT for system upgrades.

The position requires a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, plus strong communication, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Experience in semiconductors is preferred, with fluency in English and a proactive, organized mindset.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent English in reading, writing, speaking and listening; highly organized and detail oriented.
• 4+ years of related experience in semiconductors or above is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory control (IC) team for Chip, including inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory management, lot split and merge, shipment arrangements with subcons, IC UAT and all IC tasks.
• Maintain quotation in SAP system (OSAT); execute scrap audit in subcons and factory physical audit.
• Support the new system implementation project and related UAT.
• Support new Vendor / site bring up for inventory control and reconciliation (APAC).
• Understand the role of the new product introduction planning team in executing time-to-market plans.
• Collaborate with team members and partners from different locations; provide feedback to improve business flows and efficiency.

• Support inventory control (IC) team for Chip, which including the areas of inventory transactions, reconciliation, aging inventory management, lot split and merge, shipment arrangement with subcons, IC UAT and all IC task assigned.
• Maintain quotation in SAP system (OSAT). To execute the scrap audit in subcons. To execute the factory physical audit.
• Support the new system implement project and related UAT.
• Support the new Vendor / site bring up for inventory control and reconciliation (for APAC region).
• Understand the critical role of the new product introduction planning team in executing the time-to-market plan of all the new products.
• Collaborate with team members and business partners from different geographical locations. To apply your creativity and give feedback to the team members on ways to improve the business flows and work efficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Engineering Management or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
• Good communication, problem-solving, teamwork, interpersonal, and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP, 3B2, B2B.
• Language: Fluent English skills on reading, writing, speaking, and listening; Personality: highly organized, detailed orientated, a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership.
• 4+ years of related experience in semiconductors or above is preferred.
