Job summary

Fuku is seeking an International Index Fund Manager for its Hong Kong subsidiary. The role focuses on managing portfolios of international index products (QDII and Stock Connect), ensuring strict benchmark tracking, and supporting the development of new index products.

The successful candidate will drive system upgrades and risk controls across the investment processes. We expect a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and at least three years of overseas investment experience, including time

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or above in financial engineering, mathematics, quantitative finance, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal Chinese and English; English can be used as a working language.
• At least 3 years of overseas investment management experience, including 1 year within a financial institution in the most recent year.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical abilities, judgment, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios of international index products (QDII and Stock Connect).
• Track benchmarks and optimize tracking error under varying market conditions.
• Research and design international index products and support implementation.
• Promote upgrades of investment and trading systems for international index products.
• Build a digital, intelligent management platform to boost portfolio operations and risk control.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolios of international index products (QDII and Stock Connect), including portfolio construction and regular reviews.
• Strictly track the benchmark index and optimize tracking error control techniques according to market conditions.
• Assist in the research and design of international index products, supporting the development and implementation of these products.
• Promote the intelligent upgrade of end-to-end investment and trading systems for international index products.
• Build an efficient and stable digital and intelligent management platform to enhance portfolio operating efficiency and risk control standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above, preferably in financial engineering, mathematics, quantitative finance, or related disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; English can be used as a working language.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant business experience in overseas investment management, including at least one year of relevant work at a financial institution within the most recent year.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical and judgment capabilities, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal communication skills.
