You will work on matters with a strong international dimension and coordinate with offices across jurisdictions.

Qualifikationen

• HK admitted as barrister/solicitor with 0–4 years PQE in employment disputes.
• Experience in private practice or relevant exposure to employment law is essential.
• Strong drafting, analytical and client-facing skills; able to work with international clients.

• Advise on employee disputes, disciplinary and grievance proceedings, and contract drafting.
• Handle ESOP/RSU-related matters and multi-jurisdictional employment issues.
• Engage in general commercial litigation with international elements and coordinate with global offices.
