Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Sales Executive to support international trading growth. You will develop relationships with international customers, identify new opportunities, and manage the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to order management.

You will collaborate with procurement, logistics and operations to ensure smooth trade execution, monitor market trends, and prepare forecasts and plans. Fluent English is essential; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2–5 years of sales, business development, or commercial experience in commodity trading, food & beverage, FMCG, ingredients, agricultural products, or related industries
• Fluent English is essential; Mandarin is a plus
• Additional language capabilities (e.g., Cantonese, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian, Spanish or French) are advantageous

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with international customers, distributors, and trading partners
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage across assigned territories
• Support the end-to-end sales process: inquiries, quotations, contract negotiation, and order management
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and operations to ensure smooth trade execution
• Monitor market trends, customer demand, pricing movements and competitor activities
• Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence, and business development plans
• Participate in international trade exhibitions, customer visits and industry networking events
• Work with regional and global teams to drive growth and achieve sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, trading regulations and commercial agreements
