Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality or related discipline.
• Available for a full‑time internship based in Hong Kong for 3–6 months.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear, professional content.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Tech‑savvy with an interest in AI tools and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support creation, review and refinement of internal content (job descriptions, project documents, presentations).
• Assist with communications to hotels, corporate teams and external partners.
• Maintain project trackers, action logs and supporting documentation across workstreams.
• Support project coordination activities (scheduling, follow‑ups, meeting materials).
• Conduct research to support ongoing projects and business initiatives.
• Use AI and digital tools (including Microsoft Copilot) to support content development and efficiency.
• Provide general administrative and project support to the RB&E team.
