Job summary

Invesco in Hong Kong is offering a full-time internship for 2027, focused on research, portfolio analysis, and investment support across APAC. You will compile market intelligence, assist with investor materials, and contribute to ESG and product initiatives.

Successful candidates will be pursuing or have recently completed degrees in finance-related fields, with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a keen analytical mindset. Hybrid work and development programs are provided.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Prior internship experience in asset management, wealth management, investment banking, research, consulting, or broader financial services is preferred.
• Good understanding of financial markets, investment products, and basic portfolio concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Support quarterly portfolio reporting, AUM analysis, and investor reporting processes.
• Help track key asset management metrics including occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure.
• Investment & Financial Analysis: Assist with financial modelling and investment underwriting for potential acquisitions and developments.
• Conduct market research on sector fundamentals, supply-demand dynamics, rental trends, and transaction activity.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentation materials, and supporting analysis for internal discussions.
