Job summary

P&T Architects Limited seeks a Technical Manager for interior fitting out works at the Pokfield Road site in Hong Kong. The role focuses on quality control and technical coordination on site, supporting the Architect with shop drawing reviews and material submissions from contractors.

You will coordinate with contractors to resolve interface details and perform daily site supervision to ensure progress, quality and design compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Level 2 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE/HKDSEE or equivalent.
• 10 years’ relevant experience in interior design and site coordination for high-end fitting out works.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Architect in reviewing all fit-out shop drawings and materials submitted by contractors.
• Coordinate with all relevant contractors to resolve interface details on site.
• Perform daily site supervision to monitor progress, quality and compliance with approved designs.
