Job summary

Cube Spatial Design Limited in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, is seeking a Project Secretary / Project Coordinator to support the interior design team with document control, quotations, and file management. The role involves coordinating with internal parties, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth daily operations and timely procurement.

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, good English/Chinese/Mandarin, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Experience in interior design / building management fields is a plus
• Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, able to work independently and work in fast-paced environment
• Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team in administrative support such as document control, material & drawing submission and procurement arrangement
• Assist in preparation of quotations and related documentation
• Maintain an organized filing system of all project correspondences
• Liaise and coordinate with internal parties, subcontractors, and suppliers for daily operations
• Assist in ad hoc assignments when required
