Job summary

OAC Group Limited is seeking a Technical Implementation Lead on the Hong Kong Island site to manage complex insurtech/SaaS deployments. You will serve as the primary technical liaison with client executives, define scope, and ensure successful delivery across multiple products and integrations.

Responsibilities cover architecture design, API integration, governance, and lifecycle oversight from discovery to post-go-live.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in technical implementation, solution delivery, or platform integration roles.
Strong ability to lead client communications, manage scope, set boundaries, and push back when needed.
Deep knowledge of APIs, data flows, infrastructure environments, and core delivery lifecycle fundamentals.
Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, and project teams.
End-to-end delivery experience from discovery and integration to testing (SIT/UAT), go-live, and post-launch support.
Domain knowledge in healthcare/health insurance operations and related platforms.
Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
Architectural translation of customer needs into scalable technical solutions.
Ability to align diverse teams and reach consensus without formal authority.
Data-driven, risk-aware mindset for fast-paced scale-up environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as the main technical lead to facilitate discussions, clarify risks, and drive client decisions to closure.
Define strict scope boundaries, manage change requests, and push back to protect delivery commitments.
Partner with the Project Manager to maintain governance cadence covering risks, dependencies, and decision logs.
Own multi-product integration to ensure all internal systems and client applications work cohesively.
Collaborate with tech leads and architects to design fit-for-purpose architectures and manage dependencies.
Maintain delivery discipline across all phases from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
Lead the design of APIs, data interfaces, and data mapping with client systems.
Coordinate end-to-end integration readiness and manage defect resolution during testing.
Align sandbox, pre-prod, and production environments with Cloud/DevOps teams.
Lead SIT execution, support UAT sign-off, and drive deployment readiness through cutover planning and post-go-live support.
Coordinate required security assessments and regulatory governance prior to launch.
