Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited seeks a high-energy sales professional to drive insurance client acquisition through proactive prospecting and closing. You will pitch, negotiate and convert leads into active accounts, while building referral networks to sustain a robust pipeline.

Open to various high-performing sales backgrounds; licensing exams are expected to be pursued immediately. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin or English is required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Open to all high-performing sales backgrounds; prior insurance/financial services experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to study for and pass regional insurance licensing exams immediately.
• High resilience, strong persuasion and closing skills with an entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset.
• Professional fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin or English.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify retail or corporate clients through outreach and networking.
• Pitch, negotiate and close new insurance business, converting leads into active accounts.
• Build strategic referral networks to continuously fuel the sales pipeline.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
