Job summary

WallStone Partners & Company Limited seeks an Insurance - Underwriting / Case Management Officer to review and decide on promotion appeals, gather data from internal teams, and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Appeal Case Management: handle and resolve customer promotion appeal cases by reviewing and assessing validity based on guidelines and authority limits.

• Case Analysis: analyze financial and medical information to make underwriting decisions.
