Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Officer (Insurance), the appointee will mainly perform the following duties:

To assist in handling insurance claims and responding to policy-related enquiries

To prepare and submit insurance declarations to insurers

To verify premium charges and process premium payments and settlement

To assist in preparing the annual insurance budget and summary reports for insurance premium

To support daily operations and provide administrative support

To maintain insurance records and update the relevant databases

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with professional insurance qualification such as The Associateship of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) or The Australian and New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF)

A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in general insurance field, preferably from an inhouse corporate insurance team or insurance brokerage firm

Familiar with insurance policy coverages, conditions, exclusions and claim procedures in general insurance

Knowledge of accounting an advantage

Proficiency in PC skill and knowledge of MS Office

Good command of English and Chinese languages, both spoken and written
