Delken Group Limited invites a capable Assistant Manager / Senior Officer to join a leading General & Life Insurance Company in Hong Kong. You will support distribution channels, help design products, and manage development projects to meet regulatory and market needs.

The role requires 4+ years in life insurance product development/marketing, strong PM and presentation skills, and fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua preferred). Strong teamwork and proactive attitude are essential.

Formación

• University graduate or above in a related discipline (Business Admin/Marketing/Statistics/Actuarial).
• Qualifications in insurance (e.g., LOMA, CFA) are a plus.
• 4+ years in product development/marketing in life insurance.
• Proactive, self-motivated with results-driven mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, independent working style and good PM skills.
• Excellent written/spoken English and Chinese; Putonghua preferred.

• Deliver product initiatives and manage projects per requirements and standards.
• Coordinate product development with stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

• Perform post-implementation reviews and track product competitiveness.
• Prepare submissions and obtain approvals for regulatory materials.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and marketing campaigns.
