Job summary

Accenture Hong Kong is looking for a Senior Consultant to drive digital transformation initiatives for leading clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Consulting or vendor experience is an advantage.
• Background or project experience in insurance operations (e.g., Claims, Underwriting, Policy Servicing, New Business, etc.)
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and digital application workflows.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
