Job summary
One Advisors is seeking professionals across Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Architect, and Data Governance roles at multiple levels. Requirements include a statistics or CS degree, data-driven decision making, and strong BI tool proficiency (Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel).
Candidates should demonstrate SQL mastery, understanding of the insurance value chain, and experience guiding analytics projects with internal teams or external partners. PM experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Data Science or related disciplines.
- Experience in Data Science / Machine Learning / Data Analytics / Data Engineering / Data Governance roles.
- Proven track record in using data to measure performance, build tools and make decisions.
- Strong SQL skills and knowledge of database concepts and query optimization.
- Understanding of the insurance value chain.
- Experience leading analytics projects with internal resources or external partners; PM experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and manage conflicting stakeholder needs in a complex environment.
- Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
