Job summary

Links International is seeking an Institutional Trading Systems Support professional in Hong Kong to lead deployment, upgrades, and rollouts of OMS, EMS, PMS, and RMS. You will collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires hands-on OMS/EMS experience (e.g., Broadridge), strong knowledge of trading workflows, FIX protocol, and PMS/RMS integration, with fluency in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/FE or related field.
• 5+ years in trading systems deployment, support, or development for brokerages or vendors.
• Hands-on experience with OMS/EMS systems such as Broadridge.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and understanding of trading workflows.
• Experience with PMS/RMS integration and trading risk controls.
• Strong FIX protocol experience and integration with Bloomberg EMSX, Eze Eclipse, Nyfix, or TORA.

Institutional Trading Systems Support (OMS/EMS )

• Lead and support deployment, upgrades, and rollouts of OMS, EMS, PMS, and RMS.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Risk, Operations, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure consistency across OMS, EMS, PMS, and RMS in order routing, handling instructions, trade allocation, and booking.
• Manage PMS to ensure accurate real-time position tracking across client, house, and strategy accounts.
• Implement and maintain RMS controls including pre-trade checks, exposure limits, and post-trade validations.
• Design, implement, and maintain FIX connections with clients, brokers, and trading venues across DMA, algo, and SOR channels.
• Design and execute UAT scenarios based on real trading use cases to validate system changes.
• Maintain detailed documentation on workflows, configurations, and procedures, driving continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Financial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of experience in trading systems implementation, support, or development within (Chinese/foreign brokerages or trading system vendors).
• Hands-on experience with OMS and EMS systems such as Broadridge.
• Strong cross-functional coordination, deep understanding of trading workflows, and hands-on expertise in system configuration, connectivity, and production support.
• Solid understanding of PMS and RMS integration and trading risk controls such as TS Imagine.
• Strong experience with FIX Protocol and integration with trading platforms such as Bloomberg EMSX, Eze Eclipse, Nyfix, or TORA.
• Understanding of trading connectivity and market structure across major markets including HKex and CME.
• Excellent command of Mandarin Chinese and English.
