Job summary

Binance is building a leadership role in institutional OTC trading in Hong Kong. The product lead will own end-to-end lifecycle for financi al services, including broker programs, VIP fee systems, and API key workflows, while aligning across business, engineering, and operations.

The candidate will craft PRDs, assess feasibility, and drive execution from concept to launch, leveraging high-volume trading insights and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in financial services, fintech, or banking with institutional OTC trading experience.
• Hands-on quantitative analysis with OTC liquidity, pricing, and execution.
• Knowledge of trading workflows: pre-trade, RFQ, block trades, post-trade analytics.
• Bi-lingual in English and Mandarin for global communication.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Finance; tech background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product lifecycle from concept to launch for institutional OTC solutions.
• Build broker programs, VIP fee systems, sub-account management, API key workflows.
• Partner with business, engineering, and operations to shape the OTC roadmap and prioritize features.
• Translate ideas into actionable plans: draft detailed PRDs, assess technical feasibility, execute from concept to launch.
• Monitor product data and user feedback to refine experiences in high-volume institutional trading.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet delivery goals, promoting accountability and innovation.
