Job summary

Huatai International Financial Holdings Company Limited is recruiting for an equity derivatives sales role in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will develop and implement sales strategies for equity derivatives, expand the institutional client base across Greater China, and drive complex client requests to close trades.

They will provide professional advice and product training to clients, ensuring all activities comply with SFC regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in equity derivatives or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of HK and China markets.
• Bachelor degree; professional qualification preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement sales strategies for equity derivatives products including but not not limited to equity swaps, vanilla options, structure notes and other exotic structures etc.
• Expand and maintain the institutional client base in greater China area, including but not limited to financial institution, hedge fund and family offices
• Strong execution ability to drive complex & contingent client request and close trades
• Provide professional advice and product training to both internal and external clients
• Ensure sales activities are carried out in compliance with SFC regulations and company policy

Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of working experience in relevant fields and top street names
• Strong market knowledge and client base in Hong Kong and China market
• Graduated from reputable schools, with professional qualification will be an advantage
• Proficient in Mandarin and English
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal departments
• Ability to work in a faced‑paced environment
