Job summary

China Construction Bank (Asia) seeks an innovation-focused professional to research and report on international and domestic technology trends, and to develop strategic partnerships with fintechs, providers, experts and academics for successful adoption of initiatives.

The role involves organizing innovation events, preparing clear proposals and documentation, and handling other duties as assigned by leadership. A university degree and 2+ years in innovation-related projects are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree, preferably in finance, business, computer sciences or other related disciplines
• At least 2 years of solid working experience in innovation-related projects with business, policy or technical roles. Project management experience in emerging technologies is an advantage
• Participation in well-known innovation projects (e.g. Digital Currency, Gen AI, CDI) preferred
• Well understanding of the latest development in the fields of fintech, finance and banking
• Be energetic, innovative and able to manage project independently with scheduled deadlines
• Good project management, analytical, negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated and attention to details with strong team spirit
• Experience in online banking in corporate channel preferred
• Experience in Chinese financial institutions preferredExcellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
