Qualifications

ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, CISSP, CISM certifications or equivalents.
Experience in large-scale infrastructure planning and delivery.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into practical system plans.
Strong knowledge of technology processes, maintenance and administration.

Responsibilities

Lead system planning activities to align technology priorities with business needs.
Oversee the administration of business systems to support reliable day-to-day operations.
Set clear plans for system changes, upgrades and ongoing maintenance.
Coordinate technology activities across internal teams to keep delivery on track.
Review system requirements and translate them into practical implementation plans.
Monitor system administration work and address operational issues promptly.
Maintain documentation for system plans, processes and key technology activities.
Provide direction on system planning priorities within the Technology department.
