World Wide Technology, Inc. seeks an Infrastructure Project Manager in the APAC region to own full lifecycle delivery for network hardware readiness, including switches and routers.

You will coordinate procurement, installation, and vendor interactions to build a secure DMZ and IoT-enabled branch office. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct infrastructure project management experience.
• Branch office or data center build, renovations, relocations.
• Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware.
• Partner with vendors for installation and procurement.
• Experience with network integrations, DMZ and IoT installations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to business unit requests.
• Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/consultants.
• Gather technology requirements and collaborate with engineering and operations for high-level design.
• Identify and manage issue logs.
• Develop, track and coordinate schedules.
• Procure hardware and manage deliveries with vendors, including staging.
• Create and manage Technology Change Management tickets.
• Provide weekly status reports internally and externally as required.
• Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs.
• Work Friday evenings and Saturdays during installation phases.

Infrastructure Project Manager located in the APAC region to own and lead full lifecycle project delivery for all infrastructure readiness associated with network hardware, switches and routers. The infrastructure project manager will coordinate the installation of technology infrastructure that will transform employee and client experiences. The role involves the procurement, coordination and installation of network hardware switches and routers to build a new DMZ and Branch Office Secure IoT initiative for the office.

Key responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, implement, and track deliverables related to business unit request

Manage delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors/consultants

Gather technology requirements and partner with engineering and operations for high level design

Identify and manage issue log

Develop, track and coordinate schedule

Procure hardware and manage deliveries and delays with vendors, including staging

Create and manage the Technology Change Management tickets

Provide weekly status reports both internally and externally, as required

Schedule UAT testers and BAU signoffs

Work Friday evenings and Saturdays during the installation phase

About you

10+ years of direct infrastructure project management experience

Branch office or Data center build, renovations, relocations

Experience with Cisco and Arista hardware

Understands how to partner with vendors for installation

Experience with project lifecycle of network integrations, infrastructure build, data center builds and/or corporate real estate construction projects including floor build outs and business relocations

Understanding of cabling, corporate services, cable management

Knowledge of network integrations and/or network refresh and upgrades

Experience with installation of DMZ networks and IoT services

Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio, and Project

Strong Excel, Sharepoint, MS project, ServiceNow skills
