Job summary

Morgan Stanley Asia Limited seeks a Finance Business Partner for Infrastructure Finance in Hong Kong. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting and allocation accuracy, partnering with Infrastructure divisions and COO offices to analyze performance and provide forward-looking insights.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A and financial planning experience within a large corporate or financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting principles as they apply to corporate finance.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and management reporting with concise executive-level delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Infrastructure divisions to oversee expenses, headcount and allocation accuracy.
• Perform variance analysis and provide forward-looking insights to senior management.
• Collaborate across Finance and Firm to implement process improvements and risk controls.
• Leverage AI tools to design scalable workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
