Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Hong Kong seeks a Finance Business Partner to oversee financial management of Infrastructure divisions, review performance, and provide forward-looking insights. You will partner with Infrastructure divisions, Corporate Services, and COO offices to validate expenses, headcount, and allocations.

The role requires FP&A experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and ability to deliver concise management reporting while leveraging AI tools for process improvements.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP Accounting principles such as lease accounting and accrual basis accounting.
• Experience with financial budgeting & planning.
• Demonstrated ability to create concise and cogent management reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and across the Firm to support Infrastructure budgets and forecasts.
• Perform detailed variance analysis and financial reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
• Provide senior management with executive-format information to drive decision making.
• Manage initiatives to improve business management processes and drive efficiencies.
