Job summary

Jardine Restaurant Group in Hong Kong is seeking an Infrastructure & Cloud Operations professional to manage Azure environments, support hybrid cloud connectivity, and maintain core network services across on-premises and cloud systems. You will implement security tools, monitor incidents, and collaborate with IT, security, and business units to uphold standards such as PCI DSS and ISO 27001.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network administration or cloud infrastructure operations.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networks and information security systems.
• Exposure to PCI DSS or ISO 27001; policy documentation is a plus.
• Good communication skills for cross-functional IT, security, and business teams.
• Azure proficiency (PaaS/IaaS) including VM, storage, backup, and Site Recovery.
• Familiar with hybrid cloud integration and VPN networking.
• Solid foundation in AD, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
• Experience with enterprise-grade security tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage Microsoft Azure environments, including Virtual Machines, storage, backup, and Site Recovery.
• Operate and support Azure PaaS and IaaS resources.
• Support hybrid cloud network integration and connectivity.
• Maintain core network services (AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
• Ensure infrastructure reliability and security across on-premises and cloud systems.
• Implement and manage security tools: firewall, EDR, WAF, SIEM, DLP.
• Monitor security events and perform incident response.
• Maintain security policies, standards, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Compliance teams on security initiatives.
• Maintain security reports, risk assessments, and incident logs.

Job Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Cloud Operations

• Manage Microsoft Azure environments, including Virtual Machines, storage, backup, and Site Recovery

• Maintain core network services (AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing, firewalls)
• Ensure infrastructure reliability and security across on-premises and cloud systems

Cybersecurity Operations

• Implement and manage security tools: firewall, EDR, WAF, SIEM, DLP
• Monitor security events and perform incident response
• Maintain security policies, standards, and compliance documentation
• Collaborate with IT, DevOps, and Compliance teams on security initiatives
• Maintain security reports, risk assessments, and incident logs

Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in network administration, IT systems management, or cloud infrastructure operations
• Strong knowledge in planning and maintaining enterprise networks and information security systems
• Exposure to information security standards such as PCI DSS or ISO 27001; experience in policy documentation or compliance checks is a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams including IT, security, and business units
• Possession of relevant professional certifications (e.g., Azure, CISSP, CEH) is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Azure (PaaS and IaaS), including VM, storage, backup, and Site Recovery
• Familiar with hybrid cloud integration and VPN/networking
• Solid foundation in network technologies: AD, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls
• Experience with enterprise-grade security tools and technologies
