Job summary

AEON Credit Service (Asia) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong seeks an IT Security Project specialist to lead security initiatives, monitor SOC alerts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT or IT security project development.
• Holder of IT security related professional certifications is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Familiar with financial industry regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).

Responsibilities

• Real-time monitoring and response to SOC alerts.
• Coordinate with SOC, HKCERT, and headquarters on security incidents and priorities.
• Review security policies and finetune them.
• Administer monthly SOC meetings and follow-ups on security events.
• Administer and troubleshoot security devices (EDR, proxy, remote access, PAM, log collection).
• Security assessments including AWS and Azure environments.
• Coordinate with vendors for security projects or assessments.
• Security evaluation and assistance with AI operations (e.g., Copilot with Power Automate).
• Internal hardening scans and mobile device security configuration.
• Security key management and SSL certificate operation.
• IT security project testing, validation, and documentation.

Responsibilities:

Participate in business and IT projects, handle security incidents, participate in mitigation processes, monitor cybersecurity threat and alerts, maintain and protect company’s information assets, support internal and external security assessment, remedy audit findings:

Routine Operations

• Real-time monitoring and response to SOC alerts
• Coordination with SOC, HKCERT, and headquarters on security incidents and priorities
• Regular review of security policy and finetuning
• Administration of monthly SOC meetings, including follow-ups on security events
• Responsible for administration and troubleshooting security devices, e.g. EDR, proxy, remote access, PAM, log collection, etc
• Security assessment including AWS and Azure environment
• Coordination with vendors for relate security project or assessment.

• Involved I.T. Security Project of testing and validation
• Training and Awareness for staff
• I.T. Security Project documentation and reviewing

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT or IT security Project development.
• Holder of IT security related professional certifications such as CCNA / MCP/ CISSP/ CISM/ CISA/ CCSP/ NIST/ PCIDSS, etc. are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
• Familiar with financial industry regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
