Job summary

Marsh Risk in Hong Kong is seeking an independent risk engineer to join our Risk Consulting team. You will conduct risk surveys, on-site inspections, and provide hazard and safety advice to clients across industries, with a focus on social services and engineering projects.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of experience in engineering or facility management, with strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, written and verbal.
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, property, safety or facility management.
• Familiarity with building services or fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk evaluation surveys of clients’ assets to identify facility risk exposures.
• Perform regular site risk inspections and safety audits.
• Identify and analyze gaps against local regulations and global standards, and provide recommendations.
• Conduct site environmental measurements and prepare survey reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Address clients’ risk questions promptly and effectively.
