Job summary

AEON Group in Hong Kong seeks an Inhouse Senior Manager under the Legal, Compliance and Secretarial Department. The role focuses on reviewing contracts, agreements and KYC/CDD, and supporting AI-related compliance activities.

You will assist in supervising regulatory compliance for AI deployment, help execute AI compliance checks and contribute to updating compliance policies. A degree in accounting or law is required, with several years in legal/compliance within international financial

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, law, or related disciplines with knowledge of SFO and AML.
• Minimum 2 years in legal/compliance; experience in international financial institutions preferred.
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience with regulatory compliance advisory.

Responsibilities

• Perform contract, agreement and KYC/CDD reviews.
• Assist in supervising the bank's compliance when applying AI technology.
• Assist in executing AI compliance checks.
• Support the formulation and updating of compliance policies.
