Job summary

TS Imagine, the world's leading provider of real-time trading, portfolio and risk management solutions, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in Hong Kong. You will own the project delivery lifecycle for new RiskSmart client implementations and Statements of Work.

You will lead kick-offs, document complex workflows, liaise with internal teams, train users, and manage multi-team projects while maintaining client satisfaction and delivering value through every phase.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering, CS or similar.
• Technical understanding of risk exposures, Greeks, sensitivities, P&L, and VaR.
• Exposure to securities and financial markets, with some experience in fixed income or derivatives.
• Proven project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Hands-on knowledge of Risk & Portfolio Management Software workflows.
• Highly proficient written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to engage with a global team.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends to meet deadlines.
• Ability to lead junior team members.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, PSA.
• Languages: English; any other languages are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead project kick-offs with new clients and internal teams.
• Define and document complex workflows and SOWs for implementations.
• Coordinate with TS Imagine teams to deliver client requirements.
• Provide ongoing management of client expectations.
• Deliver user training and on-site or remote support.
• Manage complex implementation projects across internal/external teams.
• Maintain an implementation checklist for production readiness.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet client requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting as needed.
• Create and maintain client workflow documentation.
• Track project lifecycle and log time spent in FinancialForce.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Quantitative Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or another similar field
