Job summary
Aether (HK) Company Limited is seeking a passionate tutor to deliver high-quality IB DP/MYP and A-Level/IAL tutoring in Hong Kong. You will conduct one-on-one or small-group sessions, prepare students for exams and assessments, and adapt materials to official syllabi.
A patient, enthusiastic, student-centered approach is essential. Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject, with experience in IB and Cambridge/Edexcel curricula.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university.
- Proven tutoring/teaching experience in IB DP/MYP, A-Level/IAL and/or IGCSE/GCSE is a plus.
- Familiarity with IB, Cambridge and Edexcel syllabi and assessment criteria.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging one-on-one or small-group lessons across IB and A-Level/IAL curricula.
- Prepare students for examinations, including past papers and exam techniques.
- Create or adapt teaching materials aligned with syllabi and marking schemes.
- Foster a positive, motivating learning environment and build rapport with students.
- Monitor student performance and contribute to progress reports.
- Flexible scheduling and delivery of both in-person and online sessions.
