Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) is seeking a capable IT Service Management Operations professional to join our Technology Service Management group in Hong Kong. The role focuses on Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations and governance, delivering efficient processes and improvements across the ITSM platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Familiarity with IAM concepts and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint and CyberArk.
• Knowledge of automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) and secure credential management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IAM (Identity and Access Management) projects and initiatives.
• Gather and analyze access requirements, and support application onboarding and integration with IAM platforms.
• Support the administration of user accounts and access privileges within the organization’s IAM systems.
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to IAM.
• Work to improve identity governance and privileged access management lifecycle.
• Provide reports and dashboards to review user access registration, provisioning, authentication and recertification.
• Identify improvement opportunities and design solutions with the IAM team.
• Ensure IAM systems align with security policies and overall strategy.
• Participate in IAM audits and regular reviews to identify risks and ensure compliance.
• Document IAM processes and deliver training to new users.
