Job summary

Hong Kong Exchanges & Clearing Ltd is seeking an Identity and Access Management Analyst (Associate) to join the IT Service Management Operations Team on a 12 months contract. The role focuses on supporting IAM daily operations, account provisioning, and governance across security policies.

You will work with IAM platforms, gather access requirements, and contribute to ongoing improvements while delivering training and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of IAM/IGA experience.
• Hands-on with SailPoint and CyberArk, plus onboarding/integration experience.
• Experience with REST API, Active Directory, JDBC, or SCIM.
• Scripting with PowerShell and Python; secure credential management.

Responsibilities

• Participate in IAM projects and initiatives.
• Gather and analyze access requirements and support onboarding with IAM.
• Administer user accounts and access privileges.
• Enforce IAM policies and procedures.
• Improve identity governance and privileged access lifecycle.
• Provide reports and dashboards on access review and recertification.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Ensure IAM systems align with security policies and IAM strategy.
• Document processes and deliver training.
