Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Director, Policy Administration, to lead the end-to-end policy servicing for Manulife Pro advisors and customers in Hong Kong. You will oversee a small team and partner with agency leaders to deliver a seamless servicing experience.

The role requires deep knowledge of life insurance policy administration, regulatory compliance, and a track record of process transformation. You will drive digitization, improve advisor productivity, and contribute to growth of Manulife Pro.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in life insurance policy administration or servicing.
• Experience leading policy servicing teams and cross-functional partners.
• Strong knowledge of IFP products and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end policy servicing for Manulife Pro advisors.
• Supervise two policy servicing colleagues and coach the team.
• Ensure service standards, turnaround times, and quality targets.
• Partner with agency leaders, Distribution, Product, Compliance and other stakeholders.
• Drive digitization and continuous improvement of servicing processes.
• Establish, monitor and report service metrics and governance.
