Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing sales and operations role with a proven track record.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of ownership, reliability and accountability.
• Proactive, independent and capable of following tasks through to completion.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people.
• Strong team player in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming enquiries and follow up with prospective members.
• Drive membership sales from enquiry through trial sessions to conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
• Manage membership renewals and support retention.
• track sales performance and maintain a sales pipeline, reporting membership activity.
• Oversee daily front-desk operations and membership administration.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member enquiries.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and external service providers.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and follow-through on tasks.
• Work closely with the coaching team to provide an outstanding member experience.
