Job summary

Hybrid Performance HK in Hong Kong is seeking a Gym Sales & Operations Executive to drive membership sales and manage daily gym operations. You will collaborate with the coaching team and report to the Gym Manager, handling inquiries, conversions, renewals, and member services.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive communication, and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced fitness environment. Competitive base, commission, and gym memberships are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a customer-facing sales and operations role with a proven track record.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage customer relationships and drive sales.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High level of ownership, reliability and accountability.
• Proactive, independent and capable of following tasks through to completion.

We're growing and looking for an enthusiastic, commercially minded Gym Sales & Operations Executive to join our team.

YOUR ROLEYou'll take ownership of membership sales, customer relationships and daily gym operations, working closely with our coaching team and reporting directly to the Gym Manager.

SALES & MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT

• Manage incoming enquiries and proactively follow up with prospective members.
• Drive membership sales, from initial enquiry through trial sessions to conversion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members.
• Manage membership renewals and support member retention.
• Track sales performance, maintain an organized sales pipeline and provide regular reports on membership activity.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPERATIONS

• Oversee daily front-desk operations and membership administration.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve member enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and external service providers.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and follow through on outstanding tasks.
• Work closely with the coaching team to provide an outstanding member experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a customer-facing sales and operations role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and independently managing operational responsibilities.
