Job summary

Computershare Hong Kong is seeking a Financial Reporting Associate to support clients’ share-based compensation data and financial reporting needs. Based in our Wanchai office, you will be in the office at least three days a week with work-from-home flexibility.

You will manage client data in our databases, prepare and audit financial reports, and liaise with auditors across diverse client projects. Fluency in English and Cantonese is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• University graduate with bachelor’s degree (or above) in Business/Commerce.
• Excellent communication with English & Mandarin; Cantonese fluency is a must.
• MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint at an intermediate level required.
• Graduate majoring in accounting is a plus.
• Around 2–4 years of accounting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to written and telephone enquiries from clients.
• Communicate with client auditors and provide necessary assistance.
• Assist development programs and projects.
• Assist management in maintaining service and operation workflow.
• Support marketing team on promoting financial reporting services.
• Other ad hoc tasks as required.
