Interfill Group is seeking a Lead AI Architect in Hong Kong to bridge technology and business strategy within a top-tier banking environment. The role blends hands-on AI architecture with direct engagement with Wealth Management & Insurance stakeholders to turn commercial challenges into scalable AI solutions.

You will design secure AI/ML and Generative AI frameworks, lead PoCs, and guide cross-functional teams from concept through live deployment while ensuring regulatory compliance with HKMA.

Qualifications

• Experience in dual technical-business roles in financial services.
• Proven ability to translate business goals into AI roadmaps.
• Delivery track record of AI/ML platforms to production.

Responsibilities

• Bridge Tech & Business with 50/50 split; translate goals into AI roadmaps.
• Design secure, scalable AI and Generative AI frameworks.
• Identify high-impact AI use cases across wealth management and insurance.
• Lead PoC projects and evaluate third-party tech.
• Ensure governance, security, and regulatory alignment.
