Job summary

Sheraton & Four Points by Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel is seeking an HR Assistant to provide day-to-day support across the full spectrum of HR functions. You will help maintain employee records, assist onboarding and offboarding, and perform administrative tasks to keep HR operations running smoothly.

The role requires a Diploma or above in HRM or related fields, at least 1 year of HR experience, and solid knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws.

Qualifications

• High Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year's relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment-related ordinances.
• Proactive, meticulous, responsible, able to deliver timely and quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Good communication and presentation skills and highly proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
