Job summary

Morgan Philips Hong Kong Limited seeks an experienced HR business partner to partner with the CPO and senior leaders in shaping HR strategy aligned with organizational goals. You will design and drive workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives across the group, ensuring data-driven decision making and a high-performance culture.

The role collaborates with Talent Acquisition and Rewards to align hiring, retention, and compensation with business needs.

Qualifications

  • Progressive HR experience with business partnering exposure in hospitality, retail, consumer, lifestyle or service-driven industries.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
  • Commercially focused with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Fluent English; additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders and managing complex organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of talent management, organizational development, succession planning, and employee engagement.

  • Commercially focused with the ability to translate business priorities into actionable people strategies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

  • Fluent English communication skills; additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous.
