Job summary

Allianz Global Investors in Hong Kong or Singapore is seeking an HR Generalist to support HR Operations across Asia Pacific. You will be the primary contact for transactional HR services for managers and employees, promoting a self-service‑first approach with modern digital tools and high data quality.

You will handle onboarding to offboarding, benefits, HR reporting, and complex case escalation while collaborating with HR Business Partners and Product Houses to drive continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• End-to-end HR value chain knowledge and compliance across jurisdictions.
• Experience supporting multi-country HR operations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Asia Pacific.
• Strong digital skills and interest in AI-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate end-to-end HR processes focused on data quality, compliance and service excellence.
• Drive continuous improvements to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
• Act as daily contact for employees, managers, and external stakeholders on HR inquiries.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, relocations, visas, and local HR reporting.
• Oversee benefits administration and vendor relationships with HR leadership.
