JH Partners (Asia) Company Limited, headquartered in Hong Kong, seeks a senior HR leader to head the Group’s HR across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive strategic HR planning, talent strategy, and governance to support rapid expansion in the renewable energy sector.
You will partner with regional leaders to align policies with local laws, design robust performance and compensation frameworks, and lead culture and change initiatives in a fast-growing environment.
Our client is a fast-growing new energy company headquartered in Hong Kong, with operations spanning PV equipment, energy storage, and data center investment. The Group has a growing international footprint and is scaling rapidly across multiple jurisdictions.

Report to: Founder
Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Founder and serve as the strategic head of the Group’s HR function across multiple jurisdictions
Lead strategic HR planning and organisational change management to support business expansion in the renewable energy sector
Formulate and drive the Group’s talent strategy, including workforce planning, succession planning, organisational design, and capability building
Partner closely with business leaders across regions to align HR policies and practices with local labour laws while maintaining Group-wide consistency and governance
Design and implement robust performance management frameworks, competitive compensation & benefits structures, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in a competitive industry
Drive corporate culture development and employee engagement initiatives across diverse cultural and geographic backgrounds
Lead organisational change programmes, including restructuring, process standardisation, and post-expansion integration
Manage and mentor a lean HR team; provide guidance on complex employee relations matters and cross-border HR issues
Occasional business travel as required for strategic alignment and key stakeholder meetings
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
Minimum 12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership / Director-level capacity
Proven experience in strategic HR planning, organisational development, and change management within a multi-jurisdictional or international environment
Experience in the energy / renewable energy sector (PV, energy storage, or related fields) is highly preferred
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand the business drivers of a fast-growing new energy trading and investment company
Excellent command of Putonghua is essential. English is required; Cantonese is an advantage
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders across different regions and cultures
