Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin is seeking a Sales Support Intern to assist the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages for corporate and leisure clients. You will help prepare proposals and participate in client meetings to tailor offerings.

You will maintain sales records, analyze market trends, and support cross-department collaboration to ensure smooth bookings and guest satisfaction during a 6-month program.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages to corporate and leisure clients.
• Participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries, and help prepare proposals tailored to guest needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update databases, and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and potential business opportunities to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth booking processes and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing sales promotions, client site inspections, and familiarization trips.
