Job summary

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui offers a 6-month Sales Program designed to support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages to corporate and leisure clients. You will participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries, and help prepare tailored proposals to guest needs.

You will maintain sales records, update databases, and assist in preparing performance reports, while researching competitors and market trends to enhance sales strategies.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Team player able to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team in promoting hotel rooms and packages to corporate and leisure clients.
• Participate in client meetings, respond to inquiries, and help prepare tailored proposals.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update databases, and assist in preparing performance reports.
• Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and opportunities to support sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to ensure smooth bookings and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in organizing sales promotions, client site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Gain exposure to hotel sales operations and build negotiation and relationship management skills.
